On August 31, 2013, the defendant and D are related to the business of Goyang-gu E, Goyang-gu, and F chemical business store located on the first underground floor.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. D is a person who operated the word "F" with the trade name "F" located in ancient cities (hereinafter "the store of this case"). The plaintiffs are employees who worked for the store of this case.

The defendant is D's starting money.

B. D was engaged in the general affairs of “H” in which G was a leading state from around 2005 to around 2013. Since G did not play a role as a leading state due to the aged age, it was in charge of the practical affairs related to the payment and payment of fraternity deposits on behalf of G.

The above H was operated as a five-day, fifteen-day, and twenty-five-day, and it was the method of paying the amount of KRW 50 million and interest when it was paid in every ordinary one unit of account.

C. Around May 2009, D recommended the Plaintiffs to join the H System.

1) Accordingly, on May 19, 2009, Plaintiff A subscribed to 20 days (from May 19, 2009 to May 15, 201) and paid KRW 1 million per month on May 19, 2009, and upon maturity, Plaintiff A paid KRW 31 million out of KRW D (i.e., principal amount of KRW 25 million and KRW 6 million). Plaintiff A again lent KRW 30 million to D on July 20, 201. Plaintiff A subscribed to 1 month on July 20, 201 (from July 20, 201 to July 20, 201) and paid KRW 20 million on July 20, 200 (from July 20, 2011 to July 20, 2000, KRW 300,000,000,000).

(2) On October 5, 2012, the Plaintiff subscribed to one unit of five days (from October 5, 2012 to December 5, 2016) and paid KRW 200,000,000 per month from the subscription date of each of the above numbers to D as a total of KRW 70,000 from July 20, 2013. Thereafter, the Plaintiff paid KRW 22 million from D to May 19, 2009 (from May 19, 201 to May 15, 201), and paid KRW 1,00,000 per month from May 15, 201 to October 16, 2015 (from October 15, 2015).
