A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s 80 Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., which was parked by the victim C at the 80 Samsung Heavy Industries C’s parking lot located in 12:0,00, 3:00 Scam on January 16, 2015.

2. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) displayed a registration number plate (E) of an automobile, which is an air honobbs that was possessed in the warehouse of a company dormitory located in the west-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si; and (b) displayed an air hobs that was unlawfully used by driving the above hobs on August 10, 20
