1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Bluve Holdings Co., Ltd. and Daelim Industry Co., Ltd. jointly KRW 572,453,742 and KRW 572.

A. Status 1 of the parties to the case) The Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as the “instant apartment”).

(2) Defendant Bluve Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Bluve Holdings”) is an executor of the instant apartment building construction, and Defendant Bluve Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Bluve Industry”) is the contractor of the instant apartment (Provided, That as seen below, the status of the party to the sales contract was also the same as the party to the sales contract), and the Defendant Cluve Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Cluve Housing Guarantee”) guarantees the warranty liability for the instant apartment.

B. (1) On March 3, 2010, the Defendant Daelim Industry guaranteed the obligation to repair the apartment of the instant apartment complex of the Defendant Daelim Industry and the Defendant Daelim Industry as indicated in the following table (hereinafter “instant guarantee agreement”).

C. In the event of the occurrence of defects and the defect repair cost of the instant apartment, the Defendant Daelim Industry failed to perform the construction works of the instant apartment, or modified the construction differently from the design drawing.

Accordingly, the plaintiff is the tenant of the apartment of this case from the above pre-use inspection.
