Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years in the Busan District Court for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.
The Defendant habitually stolen the victims’ property four times, and attempted to steals the victim’s property over a single time, and attempted to steal the victim’s property.
