1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. The fundamental facts C (hereinafter referred to as the “Cheach”) is a branch church belonging to the DNoo Association established on May 13, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the “Dnoo Association”).

Provided, That the church or institution shall not deliver a letter of ice directly to the pastor without the permission of the Nowon-gu Assembly.
