1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a standing tree of the “E branch” affiliated with C religious organization D (hereinafter “instant association”) and the Defendant is a standing tree of the “F branch” affiliated with the instant association.

B. Defendant’s petition for reappointment and election of the president of the Trade Union (hereinafter “instant petition”) held on April 12, 201 at the 26th session of the instant Trade Union meeting held on April 12, 201, upon obtaining the permission of the instant Trade Union. However, the 32th session held on April 22, 2014, after the expiration of 3 years of his term of office, did not file a petition for reappointment of a teacher with the 33th session held on April 22, 2014 (hereinafter “instant general meeting”). After which the Defendant filed a petition for reappointment of a teacher, which was held on October 21, 2014 at the 33th general meeting of the instant Trade Union (hereinafter “instant general meeting”), the instant Trade Union decided to authorize the Defendant’s petition for reappointment of a teacher and to accept the Defendant’s membership status (hereinafter “the ratification resolution”), and subsequently, passed a resolution to appoint the Defendant as the president of the Trade Union.

C. The title of the pastor of Article 27 of the Constitution of C religious organizations, such as C religious organizations and the Constitution, and the title of the pastor of Article 27 of the Constitution of C religious organizations, and the title of the pastor shall be temporarily viewed with the permission

The period of time shall be three years.

Article 28 Interrogation and reappointment of a pastor.

1. He/she shall obtain the consent of a majority of the members present at the meeting of the political party and the recruitment of standing trees;

The office ice shall submit a list signed and sealed by a majority of the members present at the office meeting, a copy of the meeting, a copy of the meeting minutes, a copy of the meeting minutes, and the curriculum vitae of the pastor to the union.
