1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. A party status C Educational Meeting (hereinafter “C Educational Meeting”) is an organization church, which has been a party’s meeting, as an individual church belonging to D Labor Association established on May 13, 1956 (hereinafter “D Labor Association”).

On September 2014, the plaintiff, who is the head of the C church, has been in charge of the general affairs of the C church affairs division since around September 2014, and the defendant, who is the head of the C church, was in charge of the general affairs of the C church affairs division.

(b)Article 42 of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, Regulations on the Law of the Republic of Korea;

1. A delegated pastor: A certified pastor who is in the presence of an organized church and delegated with the permission of the association of the association;

2. Full-time pastor: A full-time pastor who is allowed by the church's council on the basis of the opinion of the church and is still on the part of his predecessor.

X.(Investigation of Woods) The procedures for the iceing of pastors by individuals, churches or institutions are as follows:

A letter of hearing shall be submitted to the Nowon-gu Council via the meeting of the Council, along with the seal of a majority of the persons without defects and the written opinion of the joint council chairperson.

Article 55 (Approval of ice) He/she shall submit ice to the Council having jurisdiction over a person who has ice ice.

The association shall, if permitted by the association, deliver it to the ice pastor.

Provided, That the church or institution shall not deliver a letter of ice directly to the pastor without the permission of the Nowon-gu Assembly.

Article 18 (Chairperson of Party Council) The chairperson of the individual church shall be appointed and sent at the Council meeting in accordance with the following paragraphs:

1. The delegating pastor shall be the chairman of the individual church;

2. The full-time pastor may be the chairman of a party by a resolution of the party council;

Among the provisions of the Constitution of the E- Religious Organizations to which the C religious Association belongs, matters related to this case, such as the name of a pastor and ice of a pastor, shall be as follows:
