A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months and a fine of six hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 12, 2019, around 05:10 on October 12, 2019, the Defendant sought to “Mapo Police Station B” office located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul, 183, and demanded that “CJ search for committing a criminal offence,” and received guidance from D, E, and F, a police officer who had been performing criminal duty at the time under the above police station B, “C criminal does not currently perform his/her duties, which is found on the next working day,” and repeatedly soliciting him/her to return home.

In disregarding this, the Defendant took a bath to the above police officer F, such as “Yeman flaps, franch franch franch,” and the Defendant took a bath to the above police officer E, stating that “I am flaps are criminal,” and did not go back to the police officer E, and the Defendant continued to enter the B office from around 05:35 of the same day by spreading the bath theory and continuing to enter the B office.

The Defendant carried the chest of police officers E by hand and shoulder, carried the chest of F, which is a police officer, at the first floor of the Mapo Police Station around 05:45, pushed the chest of F, a police officer, in arms, and wheel the right side with the hack.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted police officers as above and interfered with legitimate performance of official duties, such as police officer's criminal duty.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (e.g., disturbance for cancellation of government offices) at the above date, time, and place, while under the influence of alcohol, and carried out abusive and assault against police officers, and returned to the office, it was difficult for police officers to see that “I am dyp, door, syp, sar sar?” on the ground that “I am dyp, fyp, sar sar?” was not opened as the B office, and that “I am kyp,” and that I am dyp around 50 minutes, such as drinking and drinking at the Mapo Police Station, which is a government office.
