A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who was elected after going to the election of the president of the Saemaul Undong Cooperative, which is located in the Republic of Korea D prior to the time of Dec. 17, 2014.

F, G, H, I, and J Saemaul credit cooperatives decided to establish the above E Saemaul credit cooperatives by combining them on October 30, 2014.

In order to elect the president of the Saemaul Treasury, the Saemaul Treasury was comprised of 21 members, including 21 members, from among the members of the Saemaul Treasury, to select 105 members, and to hold an election.

No person shall provide, express an intention to provide, or promise to provide money, valuables, entertainment, other economic benefits, or public or private positions to members or their family members for the purpose of being elected as the chairperson of a Saemaul credit cooperative.

1. On November 25, 2014, the Defendant provided KRW 1 million in cash to the said L with the purpose of being elected to the president of the Saemaul Treasury in the “M” of L operation, a founder of the K in the Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Seoul, for the purpose of winning the president of the Saemaul Treasury.

2. On November 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided KRW 1 million in cash upon requesting the above P to support of the president of the Saemaul Bank’s election for the president of the Saemaul Bank; (b) around November 27, 2014, for the purpose of being elected to the president of the Saemaul Bank in Qel operated by P, a founder of the headquarters in the South-Yeung-gun Group

3. On November 2014, the Defendant provided KRW 1 million in cash at the election of the president of the Saemaul Credit Cooperative at the request of the above S for the purpose of being elected to the president of the Saemaul Credit Cooperative, a founder of the Saemaul Bank, who is a member of the Saemaul Bank in the Republic of Korea-U.S.R.

4. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant offered KRW 1 million in cash to the foregoing U for the purpose of being elected to the president of the Saemaul Treasury in the election of the president of the Saemaul Bank to the above U for the purpose of winning the president of the Saemaul Bank in U.S., which is the founder of the Korea War Veterans T.

5. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant is the president of the Saemaul Treasury in a passenger car of the Defendant who is parked on the road in front of the H Saemaul Treasury, which is located in Heung-gun V before the early police officer of the Republic of Korea.
