A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 4. On July 2, 2015, at around 16:30, the Defendant taken visual images against his/her will, on the part of the body body part of the victim, which could cause a sense of sexual shame by inserting a female victim under his/her name-componed at a transfer escalator, which is located in the joint base of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and following the female victim under his/her name-componed sponed knife, and by inserting the knife knife knife in his/her body.

5. On July 2, 2015, at around 16:50, the Defendant taken a video image against his/her will, on the following occasions: (a) on July 2, 2015, the part of the body part of the victim’s body, which may cause a sense of sexual shame by inserting visual marmeras into the body part of the victim’s body, where the victim’s body might cause a sense of sexual shame by inserting the female victim under his/her name-free at the escalator located within the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station of Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
