A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of B (a mother boat, a vessel other than a vessel, and 1.22 tons) a power-driven leisure craft, and C is the owner of D (fishing vessel number: E, 0.91 ton) a vessel with the coast-driven coast-driven fishing vessel in the Gyeongnam-gun Navy.

Accordingly, the defendant used a powered fishing vessel with a gross tonnage of less than 10 tons without permission.

3. On July 22, 2019, the Defendant violated the Water Leisure Safety Act, operated B over 246 times, from that time until June 24, 2020, from that time, from around July 22, 2019, without obtaining a license to operate a power-driven water leisure craft.
