A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and a fine of one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of “D” (7.93 tons, fishing vessel E), “F” of coastal sea network fishing vessels (9.7 tons, fishing vessel number G), and “H” of inshore-type fishing vessels (13 tons, fishing vessel number I), and is engaged in fisheries collecting fishery products and fish and shellfish in the coast and inshore.

1. Illegal use of air defense;

A. When the aging of the “D” and the “H” fishing vessel of the coastal sea network was unable to run deep sea, the Defendant was willing to change the signboard of the “D” fishing vessel of the coastal sea network, which was owned at the time of the operation of the coastal sea network to the “H” for the purpose of the coastal sea network fishing, and affix the signboard of the vessel of the “H” to the “H” of the inshore-type coastal sea network, and the vessel signboard of the “H” to the “D”, respectively.

1) On June 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) removed two fishing signboard of “D” at the port of the head of Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) removed two fishing signboard of “H” at the steering house of “H” inside the same place on the same day, respectively, and attached on the steering side of “D” at the same time.

In this respect, the defendant used the sign board of air hosing fishing vessel illegally for the purpose of exercising.

2) On June 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed two fishing vessel signs of “D” at the port of the head of Seocheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) removed two fishing vessel signs of “H” at the steering house of “H” inside the same place on the same day, respectively, and attached on the steering side of “D” at the same time.

In this respect, the defendant used the sign board of air hosing fishing vessel illegally for the purpose of exercising.

B. In the event that the engine of the “H” of the inshore-type net fishing vessel “H” and the “H” fishing vessel “H” were unable to operate due to the malfunction, the Defendant is the “H”-type coastal network fishing vessel, which is an air unit, for the purpose of engaging in the inshore-type fishery with the “F” of the coastal sea network fishing vessel owned at the time.
