A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person other than a narcotics handler shall not possess, own, transport, import, receive, trade, etc. psychotropic drugs, Kenyas, MDMA (one X-si, one X-si, hereinafter referred to as "X-si"), ampa, Alfa, etc.; and the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On June 2019, the Defendant importing Kenya, X-gu, and cancer pest: (a) ordered psychotropic drugs (psychotropic drugs) to a person living abroad from the French site; and (b) the person under whose name the name is influencies divided 1.08g of Kenya; (c) X-si; (d) X-si; and (e) 12.29gg (including ground bags) from the influencies of the Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as the Netherlands); and (d) stored them in a plastic packing container; (d) concealed them into an Azinum container; and (d) concealed them as an aviation letter by saving them into an Azinum container; and (e) concealed them into the Republic of Korea; and (e) sent them to the Republic of Korea on June 27, 2019 by allowing the Defendant to receive them, to arrive at the Incheon State port on June 19:43, 201.

2. At around July 2019, the Defendant ordered psychotropic drugs (psychotropic drugs) to a person who resides overseas at the remote area of the Defendant’s name, and the person whose name is defective is the name of the Defendant: (a) stored psychotropic drugs in a plastic bag and concealed 59 U.K. at 59 U.K. and 9.39 U.K. in a plastic bag; (b) placed them in a plastic bag; and (c) disguised the item for aviation trade by inserting it in a postal bag; (c) then, the Defendant sent it to the Republic of Korea by stating the addressee as “B” so that the Defendant may receive it; and (d) imported Alfras at the Incheon State’s port of delivery around 05:50 on July 7, 2019.
