A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No defendant is eligible to handle narcotics.

1. On January 21, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant, a psychotropic drug, sent approximately KRW 500,000,000 to the said E, who was waiting for the said vehicle in front of the “Wang City” located in the Sinking-dong (hereinafter referred to as the “Sinking City”), from the Dives car owned by C (35 years of age) at the said C, a gold of KRW 500,000,000,000 to the said C, and then delivered the said Dolopon to the said E (50,000,000 won for the said Dolopon).

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones.

2. On February 18, 2015, the Defendant paid 900,000 won to the narcotic sales in the name-free room located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F’s “Gel,” and purchased approximately 8 grams of phiphones.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. At around 01:00 on February 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a optophone’s non-fluoron volume purchased as the above paragraph (2) in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H’s room 606; and (b) inserted water into a aquatic disease; and (c) administered the dog as soon as possible, in a manner of promptly inhaleing two strings into the rings, wherein the smoke of a smoke caused by a smoke of a throwter.

B. On February 21, 2015, around 01:00, the Defendant jointly administered the volume of phiphonephones in the way described in Article 3(a) of the Act, along with L (29 years of age, China's nationality ship) and M (28 years of age, China's nationality ship) at 606 Mourel located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City JJ, and jointly administered the volume of phiphones.

C. On February 23, 2015, around 08:00, the Defendant administered philopon’s clopon’s 303 room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J in the same manner as the above 3-A.

4. Sale of philophones;

A. On February 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on February 19, 2015, sold opphone 0.4g of opphone 0.4g, which was parked on the street in front of the convenience store located in the territory of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the said M, and sold opphone 300,000 won through the said M.
