Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, as to the Defendants, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A and Defendant B do not have a certain occupation as a ship of Chinese nationality and are not eligible to handle each narcotics.

1. The Defendants, at around 01:00 on February 21, 2015, jointly administered Mebatop, psychotropic drugs, were administered in such a way as to make up approximately 0.1g of Mebatop (hereinafter referred to as “copon”), a psychotropic drug possessed by D (incoponphone; hereinafter referred to as “copon”) at the 606th room located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E (incopon on March 10, 2015) a psychotropic drug, which was in possession of D (incopon phone; hereinafter referred to as “coponon”), and then put in the Mebacop in the Meba, and then put in the Mebacopic disease, two me as soon as possible.

2. At around 05:00 on February 22, 2015, Defendant A’s D and phiphone medication: (a) put about approximately 0.1g of philophonephones possessed by the said D on the day of gambling in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E site; (b) put them in water against aquatic disease; and (c) put them into the ma at the place of drinking water; and (d) put them into the ma as soon as possible after setting up two strings under the top of the ma, setting up two strings, and taking them in the method of inhaleing as soon as possible.

At around 18:55 on February 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received 0.4g gramphones 0.4g from the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G “H telephones” room from the above D at the request of the purchaser of the phiphones to deliver the phiphones; (b) transported the phiphones by means of sending the phiphones to the above J (36 years of age) at the vehicle located in the front of the “I” convenience store located in the same Dong on the same day at around 19:0 on the same day.
