Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendants were not the authorized person handling narcotics, they dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Meblopon (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. At around 21:00 on September 29, 2020, the Defendants opened approximately 0.7 ghopon on the day in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CMoel D, opened a oponon 0.7ghopon on the day in the Alumin aluminium, opened as soon as possible through a water source, and administered the opon in a manner of turning the opon by a shift.

B. At around 21:00 on October 7, 2020, the Defendants administered philophones by a method of spreading the smoke of philophones in the Defendant’s residence located in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E-building F, such as the described in the above 1’s paragraph (a).

C. At around 12:00 on October 12, 2020, the Defendants administered philophones in a way that they drinks the smoke of philophones at the places indicated in the above paragraph 1-B, such as the entry in the above 1-A. D.

On October 12, 2020, at around 18:00, the Defendants administered philophones in the manner of turning the philophones into shifts, such as the entry of the above 1-A at the places described in the above 1-B.

E. At around 10:00 on October 13, 2020, the Defendants administered philophones by a method of spreading the smoke of philophones in shift, such as the entry of the above 1-A at the place described in the above 1-B.

2. Defendant A

A. On July 20, 2020, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones with the price of KRW 300,000,000 from G around the Buddhist telephone located in the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones with the price of KRW 300,000,000 from the H apartment parking lot of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City on October 23:25, 2020.

B. The Defendant, who administered a scopon, is in scopon at around 20:0 to the Seoul Scopondong around July 2020.
