Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is an electrical construction business operator who runs electrical construction business on the trade name of F Co., Ltd. on the second floor E in light of his name.

No constructor shall subcontract electrical construction works he/she has contracted to another constructor.

On February 2, 2015, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 74 million out of the construction cost and subcontracted the construction work to the representative of the I Co., Ltd. who is another electricity business operator even though the Defendant was awarded a contract for H (Contract Price: KRW 128,689,000) awarded a contract with the Gu office of Seongbuk-si.

2. Defendant B is an electrical construction business operator who operates electrical construction business under the trade name of Defendant B from 101 to 101 of J building in Sungnam-si.

No constructor shall subcontract electrical construction works he/she has contracted to other constructors, and no constructor shall receive a subcontract therefor.

A. K is an electrical construction business operator who runs the electrical construction business in the name of “M” from the Suwon-si L and the first floor of Suwon-si, and received a contract by receiving the N (N Contract Price: KRW 104,778,000) awarded a contract on February 2, 2014.

around that time, the Defendant was awarded a subcontract for the above N in the above M office with K awarded a successful bid.

B. On February 2015, the Defendant was awarded a subcontract for the said H to another electrical construction business entity at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
