A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2010, the Defendant: (a) at the inside of the office of the Da home branch office operated by the Defendant located in the Do home branch office located in the Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, the Defendant: (b) taken off the Defendant’s pro rata E (here, 12 years of age); (c) took doping to confirm whether the Defendant is able to open the victim; (d) laid the victim’s chest into the victim’s clothes; (c) taken off the victim’s chest; and (d) laid off the victim’s her finger; and (d) taken the victim’s her finger into the victim’s panty line; and (d) put the finger into the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim's relatives.

2. On February 25, 2013, at around 23:30 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) came to the front door of the Defendant’s house located in the Northwest-gun; (b) came into the front door of the Defendant’s friendly wife; (c) came into the victim’s chest; (d) opened the victim’s fingers into the victim’s panty; (e) putting the victim’s fingers into the victim’s panty; and (e) putting the victim’s fingers into the victim’s panty; and (e) putting the victim’s fingers into the part of the victim’s panty; and (e) putting the victim’s fingers into the victim’s panty; and (e) came into contact with the part of the victim

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim's relatives.

3. On July 22, 2013, at around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim E (here, 15 years of age) who is the friendship of the Defendant in the above Defendant’s home, with his/her hands together into the victim’s lower panty and panty, putting the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s panty, thereby gathering the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s panty; and (b) had the victim take the victim’s sexual organ into the victim’s panty.

Accordingly, the defendant committed indecent acts by compulsion against the victim's relatives.

4. At around 01:00 on July 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took place on the victim E (here, 15 years of age) who is the friendship of the Defendant who was reporting cartoons by a computer in the above Defendant’s home; (b) putting the Defendant’s hand into the victim’s river and panty line; and (c) putting his sexual organ into the victim’s clothes.
