1. The judgment of the first instance court, including the plaintiffs' claims extended by this court, shall be modified as follows:

1. Basic facts

A. L, etc. and seven other persons are newly constructed on the 462.7 square meters (hereinafter “instant site”) of the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, which is owned by them, the two-story stores and one office building (hereinafter “instant building”) of reinforced concrete structure, a collective building (hereinafter “instant site”), and obtained approval for use on June 30, 1978.

B. On April 6, 199, Plaintiff A purchased No. 4 and 12 of the instant building from the GJ on April 6, 199, and completed the share transfer registration as to the ownership transfer as to each section of exclusive ownership and the aggregate of the site shares related to No. 12 of the instant building No. 212/5668 on the 28th same month. However, Plaintiff A did not complete the share transfer registration as to the land and public land portion falling under No. 4 of the instant building, i.e., the

C. On April 6, 199, Plaintiff B purchased Nos. 3 and 11 of the instant building from the GJ on April 6, 199 and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to Nos. 3 and 11 of the instant building on the 28th of the same month. However, part of the land portion falling under subparagraph 3 of the instant building, i.e., the share transfer registration as to the third real estate listed in the attached list, was not completed. Plaintiff B failed to complete the registration of ownership transfer as to the part of the land portion falling under subparagraph 11 of the instant building, i.e., the share transfer

If the section for exclusive use of the instant building consisting of three, four, 11, and 12, among the buildings in this case, the process in which the ownership was transferred before and after the first sale is organized is as specified in the following table.
