1. The Defendant: (a) on June 11, 2015, pertaining to the Plaintiff’s share of KRW 42.73/1214.5 square meters in Ansan-si 1214.5 square meters in Ansan-si.

1. The Defendant indicated the claim, along with other co-owners, purchased from the Korea Water Resources Corporation 1214.5 square meters of the unit C, Ansan-si, Korea Water Resources Corporation, and newly constructed a five-story D building on that ground.

E on June 1, 2004, after acquiring the ownership of the section and the share of the site in the section of exclusive use of D building F (attached Form: the exclusive use area of 118.72m2m2, the site area of 42.73m2) from the Defendant, E paid the sale price, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for the section of exclusive use on July 1, 2004, but the Defendant did not complete the registration of ownership transfer for the site but did not complete the

Since then, voluntary auction on the building owned by E was commenced, and was sold to G Co., Ltd. on September 6, 2013.

On June 5, 2015, the Plaintiff purchased the building from G Co., Ltd. and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the section for exclusive use on June 11, 2015.

The plaintiff has purchased a section of exclusive ownership of a site and completed the registration of ownership transfer, but has not completed the registration of ownership transfer for the portion of land and public land equivalent to the right to use the site. Therefore, the plaintiff can file a claim against the defendant as the first seller.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on June 11, 2015 with respect to the share of 42.73/1214.5 of the above site to the Plaintiff on the ground that the section for exclusive use in the attached Form is acquired.
