At around 03:10 on July 4, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, driven the said car at approximately 2 km from the road near the Mayangwon Agricultural Cooperatives located in the Mayangyang-si Gamyang-si Gamyang-si to the Socsansan mix in the same Eup in the same Eup.
