Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 28, 2012, the defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net order support on June 28, 2012.

On July 27, 2013, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven a B B B B B nan car under the influence of alcohol content of about 500 meters from the front of the Western Elementary School located in the Mineyang-si Innyang-si, to the front road of the Mayang-si in the lightyang-si.
