The defendant is the driver of the B bargaining vehicle.

On November 6, 2013, at around 16:40, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a 5 kilometer from the front side of the wooden apartment in Mineyang-si to the front side of the Songyang-si Municipal Ordinance of Yacheon-si, without a driver's license, at around 16:40.
