1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiffs purchased the corresponding housing number and completed the registration of ownership transfer as indicated below (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

B. Under Article 7 of the Addenda to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (Act No. 9706) as of October 23, 2009, the apartment of this case obtained a construction project approval plan from the Minister of Construction and Transportation to build 23-type apartment buildings and 1,650-type apartment buildings and 25-type apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and auxiliary and welfare facilities at around 1975. The number of households of 23-type apartment buildings has increased by 162 households, and 2,280 households has been completed on June 23, 1978, and completed the construction project approval to build 3,930 households under the name of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation from July 25, 1978 to August 11, 1978.

On October 11, 1977, the Korea National Housing Corporation obtained approval from the Minister of Construction and Transportation for a construction project plan to build a children's swimming pool and a refining room in the above apartment complex, completed a swimming pool and a refining room on June 23, 1978, and completed a registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Korea National Housing Corporation on May 15, 1980; hereinafter the registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Korea National Housing Corporation was completed on May 15, 198; see the fact-finding of subparagraph 3, Seoul East Eastern District Court 202Kahap3905, see the judgment of the Seoul Eastern District Court 202Kahap3905, each real estate in the attached list corresponds to a swimming pool, a
