1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

(a) The Korea National Housing Corporation (Dissolution pursuant to Article 7 of the Addenda of the Korea National Housing Corporation Act (Act No. 9706) as of October 23, 1978) approved the construction project plan to construct 23-type apartment buildings from 1975 to 23-type 118 households, and 25-type apartment buildings from 25-type 1,650 households, commercial buildings, and auxiliary or welfare facilities, and subsequently approved the construction project plan to construct 2,280 households with the number of households of 23-type apartment buildings increased by 162 households, with the approval of partial revision to the construction project plan to construct 2,280 households on June 23, 1978 and completed the registration of ownership preservation in the name of the Korea National Housing Corporation, 930 households from July 25, 1978 to August 11, 1978.

The 615 owners of the apartment of this case filed against the Korea National Housing Corporation with respect to their respective shares in the swimming pool of this case and the attached districts of this case on May 2002.
