1. All of the primary plaintiffs and the conjunctive plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are the primary Plaintiffs and the lawsuit.

1. Facts of recognition;

(a) The Korea National Housing Corporation (Dissolution pursuant to Article 7 of the Addenda of the Korea National Housing Corporation Act (Act No. 9706 of Oct. 23, 2009) obtained approval from the Minister of Construction and Transportation for a construction project plan to build 23-type apartment buildings from 23-type G G members in Songpa-gu to 25-type apartment buildings, 1,650-type apartment buildings, and 25-type apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and auxiliary and welfare facilities, and subsequently, obtained approval for partial approval for a revision to the construction project plan to build 2,280-type apartment units with the number of 23-type apartment units increased by 162 households, the total number of 3,930 households on June 23, 1978 and completed registration for preservation of ownership from July 25, 1978 to August 11, 1978.

On October 11, 1977, the Korea National Housing Corporation obtained approval from the Minister of Construction and Transportation for a construction project plan for a "H facility" that intends to construct a children's swimming pool and a refining room in the above apartment complex, completed the construction of a swimming pool and a refining room on June 23, 1978, and completed registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the Korea National Housing Corporation on May 15, 1980. Each real estate listed in the attached list 1 corresponds to a swimming pool, a landing room, an ambulances room, and a building (a shower room).

(hereinafter collectively referred to as “the instant swimming pool and the refining part”), on the other hand, the Korea National Housing Corporation sold the swimming pool buildings to the general public, i, Jho, and 205.16 square meters, among the swimming pool buildings.

C. On June 30, 1982, the council of occupants' representatives of the apartment of this case and the Korea National Housing Corporation prepared a transfer statement on June 30, 1982 that the children's swimming pool and the facilities are jointly owned by occupants as of June 30, 1982, and that the resident's representative council and the Korea National Housing Corporation

(hereinafter “instant transfer”) D.

The 615 owners of the apartment of this case filed against the Korea National Housing Corporation with respect to their respective shares in the swimming pool of this case and the attached districts of this case on May 2002.
