The defendant is a person who drives a spectrum car.

On 03. 03. 22:50 on 09., the Defendant driven the said car at a section of approximately 150 meters from the front side of the Gwangju Mine-gu Sports Center to the lower street of the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.095% during blood without a driver’s license.
