Punishment on the accused shall be determined by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

around 06:07 on May 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the BFD car from the Northwest-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City to turn to the left at a speed of about 30km per hour in order to turn to the light altitude, and operated the said FD car at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, on the ground that the victim D (W, 27 years old) driving a vehicle at the speed of Col New project and making a right turn to the left at the speed of about 30km in order to turn to the light, and moving to the light at the speed of C, to the Defendant.

In this respect, the defendant carried a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.
