Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 16, 2018, the Defendant, at around 07:30, driven a BM7 car without a vehicle driver's license from around 422 meters from the front to the south Home Packer road of about 390,000, a 379-2-ro, Ga-ro, Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, without a vehicle driver's license.
