1. The plaintiff's appeal is all dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants are grandchildren of D (Death of March 19, 1965), E (Death of October 8, 1980), and F (Death of October 1, 199), respectively.

B. 1) J, K, and L on June 5, 2007, MM on April 1, 1983, 1983, including the preparation of a letter of guarantee and the transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendants (hereinafter “I land before division”)

(2) On March 20, 1992, E, on December 28, 2007, donated land specified in attached Table Nos. 2 to Defendant B on March 20, 1992. Each letter of guarantee that E donated land specified in attached Tables Nos. 3 and 4 to the Defendants on March 20, 192 (hereinafter “instant letter of guarantee”).

(2) On May 30, 2008, Defendant B signed and sealed the registration of ownership transfer on the I land prior to the subdivision for which the registration of ownership transfer was completed in M’s name under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership Transfer (Act No. 7500, May 26, 2005; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) on May 30, 2008.

Before subdivision, I was divided into the land indicated in paragraph (1) of the attached Table on September 1, 2009, G 333 square meters prior to G, and H 33 square meters prior to G. The said G was divided into 333 square meters prior to G on September 23, 2009 and 17 square meters prior to G on September 23, 2009.

3) Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of donation on March 20, 192, with respect to the land listed in the attached list No. 2 of the attached Table No. 2, for which the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of E on June 16, 2008. The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of donation on March 20, 192. 4) The Defendants completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of 1/2 shares of the land listed in the attached Tables No. 3 and No. 4, for which the registration of ownership transfer was completed under the name of D under the Act on Special Measures on June 16, 2008.

Defendant B received compensation for losses from Defendant B on October 13, 2009, with respect to G 316 square meters and 33 square meters prior to H, in macro-si from the macro-si market.
