1. The motion for intervention of the Intervenor joining the Defendant is dismissed.
2. The Plaintiff:

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of G around March 8, 1955 with respect to the Fransung-si 784 square meters (hereinafter “former land”). Around May 8, 1974, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Plaintiff on April 13, 1974 under the Plaintiff’s name. On January 21, 1995, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Defendant B, D, and H on March 20, 1985 under the joint name (one-third each share) of Defendant B, D, and H on March 20, 1985 (Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 192; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (hereinafter “the ownership transfer registration was completed on March 30, 1992”); and after the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 14, 1984.
B. On October 19, 2010, the previous land of this case was partitioned into each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”).
C. After that, among each land listed in the separate sheet 1 through 4 (hereinafter “instant land”), each Defendant D’s share is subject to the registration of ownership transfer based on donation on December 8, 2010 in the name of Defendant C around December 10, 201, and each ownership transfer based on donation on September 8, 201 in the name of Defendant B around September 16, 201, respectively under the name of Defendant C, and each ownership transfer based on donation on September 8, 201 in the name of Defendant B, respectively, is completed. Accordingly, as for the instant land 1 through 4, the registration of ownership transfer is completed in proportion to each of the shares of Defendant B 2/3 and each of the shares of Defendant C 1/3.
On the other hand, among the land listed in attached Table 5 (hereinafter “instant 5”), the transfer registration for ownership based on donation was completed on September 8, 201 in the name of Defendant B around September 16, 201 with respect to I’s shares among the land listed in attached Table 5 (hereinafter “instant 5”), and the transfer registration for ownership is completed in the name of Defendant B as of September 8, 201. As to the instant 5’s shares, Defendant B/3 shares and Defendant D’s shares were completed at the ratio of 1/3 shares, and among them, Defendant D.
