1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. According to the land cadastre listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 (hereinafter referred to as “E before division”), the land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3, the land listed in the separate sheet Nos. 4 and 5 (hereinafter referred to as “F before division”), and the land cadastre listed in the separate sheet Nos. 6, the network G (the Plaintiff’s father on September 30, 1978) was registered as the owner on August 8, 1938.
B. 1) As to each land listed in E, 3, and 6 of the Schedule E before subdivision, each registration of preservation of ownership was completed on May 15, 1965, and net I (Death on January 30, 1999) on June 10, 1994, the Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Each Real Estate (Act No. 4502, Nov. 30, 1992; hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).
2) After the completion of each registration of ownership transfer in the deceased I, the registration of ownership transfer was completed from the deceased I to April 10, 2002 with respect to the land E before the division, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on January 30, 1999 due to the inheritance due to the consultation division. On May 29, 2002, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 28, 2002 in the future of Defendant B.
3) On November 11, 2002, the land listed in the separate sheet No. 2 was divided from the land E before subdivision and the ownership transfer registration has been completed in Defendant B’s future. 4) As to each land listed in the separate sheet No. 3 and paragraph 6, the ownership transfer registration was completed on January 30, 1999 for Defendant C’s future on April 10, 2002.
C. 1) On May 15, 1965 with respect to F land before subdivision, registration of ownership preservation has been completed in the direction of J on May 15, 1965, and K completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of K under the Act on Special Measures for Special Measures on October 14, 1994. As to the land above, from K to L on November 13, 2002, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on the grounds of sale as of August 9, 2002. (2) The land listed in attached Table 5 (5) was divided from F land before subdivision on July 1, 2008.
