The defendant shall be innocent.

1. From around November 1998, the Defendant: (a) from the perspective of the facts charged, the Defendant: (b) from “F,” a household business entity run by the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si (hereinafter “Seoul-si, Gyeonggi-si”); (c) supplied a household with food and other accounts on credit; and (d) sold it with a margin; and (b) made a transaction in a way that deducts the amount from the past to the amount deposited after sales from the balance of the account to the degree of the amount supplied to the household in order; (c) the Defendant, around November 2009, made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would pay the amount of household with the preceding business well; and (d) would request the Defendant to supply the accumulated amount of household without paying it.”

However, in the course of the transaction with the victim, only 2 million won out of the total amount of 9,350 won accumulated until the end of 2006 was paid by 4,00,000 won, and the accumulated amount was not settled up until then, and it was difficult for the victim to cope with the outstanding amount due to no property or income other than 8,95 million won, and even if some of the sales proceeds was newly supplied and sold by the victim, it was thought that some of the sales proceeds will first be used as necessary expenses or living expenses for the defendant, and there was no intention or ability to properly pay the proceeds of the victim's household, such as managing the remaining amount of the previous amount of the sales proceeds only by raising funds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim and being supplied with KRW 420,00,00 from the victim around the 19th day of the same month, received a total of KRW 130,730,00 from the time to February 12, 201, as shown in the separate crime list, from around 208.

2. The Defendant is dissatisfied with the investigation agency.
