Punishment of the crime

1. 3. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2013. 11. 24 22:50경 의정부시 B아파트 208동 앞에서, D신고를 받고 출동한 의정부경찰서 E파출소 소속 경사 F, 순경 G으로부터 위 폭행사건 관련하여 발생 경위, 개요를 질문받자, 이에 화가 나 "야이 어린 개새끼야! 너 뭐야, 이 씹쌔끼야, 이 돼지새끼가"라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 위 G의 멱살을 잡고 좌우로 흔들고 주먹으로 G의 명치 부위를 1회 때리는 등 폭행하여 경찰관의 정당한 공무집행을 방해하였다.
