A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of imprisonment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant performs his/her legitimate duties on the prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.
