Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of each of the above penalties for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2016, at around 23:15, the Defendants, who interfered with the business, paid the monetary value in cash to the victim E (the 59-year old-old) located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and requested the victim to issue cash receipts to the victim, and requested the victim to issue cash receipts, and requested the victim to affix the receipt on the receipt, but the victim cannot affix the main ticket from the victim.

The Defendants were able to avoid obstruction of performance of official duties and injury, at the same date and time, at the same place as the above 1.1.3, and at the same time and place as the above 1.1.2, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance even though she was able to say that she would return to the police officer, who was the victim of the Seoul Western Police Station G police box, who was called from H (Seoul, South, 33 years old), and I (Nam, 33 years old), who was the victim of the said police box, who was called “I would like to arrest us as a flagrant offender interfering with business.”

Since then, Defendant A pushed the left chest of the victim H in a hand, and resisted by the body of the victim I to the body of the victim I, who walked, and waled with the victims. Afterwarding on the floor, Defendant A left the part of the back side of the victim H one time by leaving the vessel and face of the victims several times in a state of water leakage.
