A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant was sentenced at the Seoul High Court on December 6, 2006 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on January 9, 2010 at an Ansan Prison.

2. Co-defendant B: (a) prepared loan-related documents through C, etc.; (b) distributed loans to accomplices participating in a crime according to their respective roles; (c) Co-defendant D, upon the instructions of B, served as a leading role in delivering documents related to the identity of the Defendant or bank loans to B; and (d) the Defendant shared the role of receiving direct loans from the bank by taking advantage of the name of the loan holder; and (c) obtained loans from the financial institution using forged documents.

Around February 2012, the Defendant, B, and D provided a copy of the resident registration under his/her name, a certificate of personal seal impression, and a certificate of personal seal impression, etc. to B, and around that time, B issued the above documents to loan slabs, such as C.

B Such loan hubrs, such as C, etc., received the above documents from the lessor, forged one copy of the “Seoul Special Metropolitan City E, F, G, and H” contract in the lessor column.

As such, the Defendant, B, and D forged one copy of the monthly commercial rent contract in the name of H, a private document concerning a certificate of fact without authority for the purpose of uttering.

B. Around February 29, 2012, the Defendant, B, and D in the event of the foregoing investigation document: (a) at the Seoul Digital Credit Guarantee Fund located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Seoul, 345-90, the Seoul Digital Credit Guarantee Fund; and (b) the Defendant submitted one copy of the forged lease contract to I, as if the contract was duly formed, as in the foregoing paragraph, as if the contract was duly formed.

As such, the defendant, B, and D used forged private documents in collusion.
