Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a director of the DD Credit Union (hereinafter referred to as the "Credit Union") who is in office and takes charge of credit business, loan and credit management centered on Daegu-Gyeongbuk-do area, and is a person in charge of the affairs of selling dental ties and materials against dental customers in the above area.
When the Defendant, which began from the year of 2006, bears a debt exceeding KRW 500 million due to adult amusement and gambling, he stolen the name of customers who had been secured while working in the Credit Union, and forged a document of loan and received a false loan based on the forged document, and prepared a false ledger of the sales office and used money in personal use for money sold for business purposes for the Credit Union.
1. On February 15, 2011, the Defendant forged private documents at the underground parking lot in the Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant stated “E” in the debtor column of the letter of loan transaction agreement, “E” in the address column, and “E worth KRW 280,000 (280,000)” in the loan column. The Defendant stated “E” in the debtor’s signature column and affixed a seal thereon.
As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged one copy of the loan transaction agreement in the name of E, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and forged the loan transaction agreement or the deposit monthly agreement in the name of E from around that time to May 7, 2013, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
2. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document submitted a forged loan transaction agreement at the 6th new-affiliated office of the building G in Daegu-gu with the date and time indicated in the above 1. Paragraph (1) as if he were genuinely prepared and used it. The said agreement was forged over 10 times from around that time to May 7, 2013, as indicated in the list of crimes (1).
