Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. From around 21:40 on December 3, 2014 to 05:14 following the following day, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the Defendant’s trucking Y “Y” parking lot in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (b) the Defendant: (c) 5 bicycles (responding in an amount equivalent to KRW 300,000 at the market price, owned by the victim’s Z; (d) 2 LPG gas stations in an amount equivalent to KRW 100,000 at the market price; and (e) 10,000 at the market price.

나. 피고인은 2014. 12. 3. 22:30경 수원시 팔달구 AA에 있는 AB오토바이 앞 노상에서, 그 곳에 세워져 있는 피해자 AC 소유인 시가 150,000원 상당의 랠리 50CC 오토바이(중고 부품용)를 리어카에 싣고 가 이를 절취하였다.

2. At night, around 22:40 on December 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded the said victim’s residence at the entrance of the dwelling where the victim AD was living in Suwon-si; and (b) stolen the said victim’s residence, with the entrance of the dwelling where the victim AD was living in the said dwelling; and (c) based on the stairs connected to the second floor, the Defendant loaded the victim’s market value of KRW 200,000 and 23 copies of sandbox and sandbricfers in the warehouse under the stairs connected to the second floor.
