A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 01:00 on May 28, 2009, the Defendant found one cell phone at the market price, where the victim C lost from May 28, 2009.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

As a result, the Defendant embezzled the property that escaped from the possession of the victim C.

On October 19, 2012, the Defendant: around 23:58 on October 19, 2012, 19: (a) thief was installed near the construction site of the new building located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul Special Metropolitan City”) at a location near the construction site of the new building located in Suwon-si; (b) 200,000 won of the market price managed by the victim E, leading the

On October 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 00:03, around October 27, 2012, 201, the Defendant: (b) invaded at night buildings; (c) infringed upon the parts installed to access at the construction site of the said new building; and (d) intruded the parts installed to the inside of the building; and (c) intruded the parts of the construction at least 480,000 won at the market price in which the said E was kept.

On October 27, 2012, the Defendant, around 04:00 to 07:00 on October 27, 2012, 201, was stolen by taking one S2 mobile phone in the gallon of the market value equivalent to KRW 900,00,00 in the gallon of the victim G, which was located in the gallon room of Suwon-si or the gallon room of the gallon of Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

5. On October 29, 2012, the Defendant cut off construction materials worth KRW 690,000 in total, including approximately 350,000, total market value of KRW 165,000, and approximately 150,000, at the front of the construction site of the said new building on October 29, 2012.

6. On November 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:40 on November 4, 2012, the following: (b) at night, the Defendant: (a) invaded of a structure at night; (c) 24,000 won at the market price of the instant building; and (d) 24,000 won at the market price.
