1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,500,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from February 17, 2016 to January 5, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 19, 2015, the Plaintiff is an insurer which entered into a fire insurance contract in the attached Form with the Bank of Bankruptcy (hereinafter “B”).

(The location of the subject matter of insurance shall be C in the attached drawing, which is the lot number before changing the road name address, and the subject matter of insurance shall be the second floor warehouse located at the same lot number).

The defendant is engaged in the manufacturing business of lighting in the trade name of "E" among the buildings adjacent to the subject matter of insurance as shown in the attached drawings of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D ground wooden building.

C. On November 28, 2015, on the roof of “E”, the occurrence of an accident involving the collapse of the E roof (hereinafter “instant fire accident”), and the firemen dispatched upon receipt of a report, performed fire-fighting work to prevent the combustion of a nearby building, and accordingly, the movable property located in the warehouse in which B was used.

On February 16, 2016, the Plaintiff paid KRW 21,000,00 as insurance money for losses incurred by B.

(e) Details of the fire site survey report in the paper fire fighting site are as follows:

(1) The point of combustion: The first reporter’s statement that a smoke has occurred on the roof and the office studs inside the E workplace are found, and the fire is presumed to have occurred in E on the basis of the expanded type of burning through E roof timber.

(2) Fire causes: Electric wires discovered in the inside ceiling of E have been melted and presumed to have been formed by external flames, and there was no evidence that can be seen as electrical factors due to the discovery of peculiar factors in the course of blocking ship distribution installed inside the E.

Other fire-prevention evidence was not found, and there were no gas facilities inside E, and there were no factors related to fire-prevention in Gama and petroleum in inside E.

Therefore, the cause of the fire is the United States.
