1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant exceeding the amount ordered to be paid below shall be revoked.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On November 19, 2015, the Plaintiff is the party to the dispute. On November 19, 2015, the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”).
(3) A fire insurance contract under the name of the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).
