A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was living together with D on December 18, 2017, 2017, and the victim C is a person designated as the beneficiary of the “(free) KB Yssssk 365 Health Insurance (17.04) (22187)”, the insured with D’s mother as the insured.
