A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
In addition to C, D, E, etc., the Defendant intentionally caused traffic accidents against vehicles violating laws and regulations at places where violations of laws and regulations occur, and conspired to use money by deceiving money under the pretext of agreement.

The Defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, by deceiving victims as above, received insurance money of KRW 1,144,470 from the Commercial Reinsurance Co., Ltd. in the Hyundai Sea, and received insurance money of KRW 8,201,220 from the victim KB non-life insurance, and received money of KRW 8,20 from around that time to November 1, 2016, and received money of KRW 74,427,884 on seven occasions together with accomplices as stated in the annexed crime list from around that time, and acquired insurance money by insurance fraud, and the Special Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud was enacted on March 29, 2016 and enforced on September 30, 2016. The Act on the Prevention of Insurance Fraud applies in preference to the Criminal Act (see Articles 2 and 3 of the aforementioned Act).
