[criminal power] On December 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion upon buildings, larceny, etc. at the Chuncheon District Court on April 4th, 2016, and on November 16, 2017, sentenced four months to larceny at the Seoul Eastern District Court on February 13, 2018, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on February 13, 2018, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Seoul East East East District Court on April 13, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 15:00 on February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon the victim C’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) invaded upon the victim’s house through the open door of a warehouse not corrected; and (c) stolen the Defendant’s house with KRW 1,130,000 in total amount of KRW 1,130,000 in precious metals and cash, and KRW 130,000 in total.

2. On February 20, 2019, around 03:55, the Defendant: (a) was a “F” restaurant operated by the victim E in Osan City, Osan-si; (b) opened a corrective entrance using a security card that had not been returned even after he/she had installed the said restaurant; and (c) invaded into the restaurant, and stolen the said restaurant with KRW 470,000,000, cash owned by the victim.

3. Around 02:00 on February 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft at night or at night; (b) when he intrudes into the house through the bean-gun G apartment H apartmentH of Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-do, where the Plaintiff was not able to take corrective measures against the Plaintiff; and (c) committed a theft by having one of the victims I own the house at the expense of KRW 100,000 at the expense of the victim; and (d) from that time until March 22, 2019, the Defendant attempted to steal or steal the victims’ property and USD 60,000, total market price of KRW 1,282,000 in total in the same way, as indicated in the annexed crime list, from March 22, 2019.
