Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant D is a person who operates the E Hospital (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and Defendant C served as a doctor at the instant hospital.
Plaintiff
A is a person who had vertebrate surgery three times at the instant hospital, and Plaintiff B is the wife of Plaintiff A.
B. On August 14, 2012, Plaintiff A entered the instant hospital with hurriosis, and was diagnosed with the escape symptoms and the conical coarcation of the route between the 4 to 5th century as a result of the route MRI inspection. Defendant C performed a moutection on August 16, 2012, but Defendant C performed a moutection on August 23, 2012 (hereinafter “the first operation”). Plaintiff A re-explosived the routection on August 23, 2012, following the first operation, and discharged Plaintiff A from the hospital on September 4, 2012.
3) On October 7, 2015, Plaintiff A complained of the Mescopic and non-radioactive devices, and the Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic and Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic Mescopicscopics (hereinafter “the second operation”) on October 15, 2015. Plaintiff A performed Mescopic Mescopic Mescopic and local Mescopic surgery on November 17, 2015 and December 17, 2015.

The plaintiff A's current state 1) At the time of the physical examination at a sexual hospital of the Seoul National University of the Republic of Korea, the plaintiff A shows 90 degrees to the right, 90 degrees to the left, 90 degrees to the left, and 90 degrees to the right, according to the physical examination, and the MRI examination shows a multi-pactic conical conical proneopsis.
2) Considering the above disability status of Plaintiff A and the treatment process for the past, etc., it is recognized that it is an urban daily worker who is the temporary disability of 24% for the year of the loss of labor ability.
