Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. 7,041m2 was owned by J for 7,041m2 in Gunsan-si.
B. On February 23, 1983, J completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on April 30, 1973 (hereinafter “instant registration of ownership transfer”) after obtaining a certification from L, M, and N under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 3562, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”).
C. On February 23, 1983, the said forest was divided into C forest land of 3,764 square meters and Q forest land of 3,277 square meters. Among them, C forest land of 3,764 square meters in Gunsan-si in Gunsan-si was divided into 1,203 square meters of C forest land of 1,203 square meters (hereinafter “1 land”), R forest land of 2,310 square meters (hereinafter “2 land”) on August 10, 1990, R forest land of 2,310 square meters (hereinafter “2 land”) and 251 square meters of O forest land of 251 square meters (hereinafter “3 land”).
J filed a lawsuit against K on June 18, 1991, asserting that the transfer registration of the instant ownership in the name of K was null and void as a result of the former District Court 91Da3425, Jeonju District Court 91. L, M, and N, a guarantor under the Act on Special Measures for the Development of the Republic of Korea at the time of the said lawsuit, was not purchased from J on April 30, 1973, thereby guaranteeing the guarantor’s wrong confirmation.

K and J agree that with respect to the cases of land ownership disputes in the name of K, part of the above real estate shall be changed in the name of J and joint ownership, and J shall not raise a civil or criminal objection resulting therefrom.
1. An alteration of ownership shall be changed to one parcel of land owned by J; two parcels of land shall be changed to one thousand square meters,100 square meters, among 2,424 square meters, as owned by J; three parcels of land shall be owned by K;
2. Ownership in the public register of the land subject to tax burden due to the change of ownership and the change of ownership shall be the name of K as before;
Provided, That if the land owned by J is changed or transferred to another person by public record in the name of the J.
