A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall apply to the Mayor/Do governor for the registration of transfer of ownership of automobiles;

Nevertheless, the Defendant received the Category II cargo from B to the payment for the claim of KRW 4.5 million in lieu of the claim of KRW 4,500,000 from the French-gun in spring around 2015, but did not apply for the transfer of ownership without justifiable grounds.

2. On August 2018, the Defendant: (a) while operating the Poter truck under the preceding paragraph, lost the number plate while driving the Poter truck; (b) removed the number plate of the Ponding Road, which was kept in custody due to malfunction from the Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, and attached it to the Poter truck; and (c) operated the Poter at the stop of the Ponding Road, etc., located in the Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun

In this respect, the defendant used a car number plate which is air straw, and exercised the air strawing illegally used.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road on which the mandatory insurance as provided in the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is not subscribed;

Nevertheless, on April 4, 2019, the Defendant operated the above cargo truck, which was not covered by mandatory motor vehicle insurance, at the Daejeon District Court located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Daejeon, Seocheon-ro 45-ro 78-ro, Seocheon-gu.
