A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act, commits unlawful use of air, or commits an unlawful use of air shall unlawfully use a registration number plate, and no registration number plate and its seal shall be detached, except in cases where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Accordingly, the Defendant arbitrarily detacheded the registration number plate and the seal, used the registration number plate unlawfully, used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising it at the same time, and exercised them.

2. On July 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) driving the said G-type truck without obtaining a driver’s license at a level of about about 110 meters from a section of about 110 meters, from the road near the frequency of the seat of the Daegu-gu Merchantdong to the front road of the Daegu Bank Merchant's Southern Branch in the same location, to a level of about 0.111% alcohol concentration, and driving the said G-type truck without obtaining a driver’s license.

As a result, the defendant was driving at the same time, while driving without a license.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act.
