A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Although the Defendant did not remove a motor vehicle registration number plate, the Defendant was at around 07:0 on February 8, 2013, at the 827 underground parking lot of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, in order to change the front number plate of the motor vehicle in his/her name for the purpose of paying less traffic fees to the Incheon B apartment, and to pay less access fees to the Incheon B apartment, and removed the front number plate of the vehicle in his/her name, and removed the front number plate of the Hyundai Ep 2 Cargo in the name of the company he/she operated, from February 8, 2013 to April 11, 2013, respectively, by the same method as in the attached list of crimes, as in the attached Form No. 82.
2. From February 8, 2013 to April 11, 2013, the Defendant illegally used air defense units: (a) around 07:00, at the underground parking lot of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu apartment 827, Jung-gu, Incheon, the Defendant attached the front number plate of the Crocketing car, which was removed, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), to the two cargo vehicles of the said Hyundai Poter; and (b) from February 8, 2013 to April 11, 2013, the Defendant attached the front number plate of the said C Lastto car to the two cargo vehicles of the said Hyundai Poter, respectively.
Accordingly, the defendant used air illegally for the purpose of exercising the right.
3. From February 8, 2013 to April 11, 2013, the Defendant operated the said Hyundai 2 truck in the above 82 manner, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, at the Incheon Seo-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu., the Defendant: (a) operated the said Hyundai 2 truck in the foregoing manner, including operating the said Hyundai 2 truck, which attached the front number plate of the rocketing car, as set forth in the foregoing paragraph (2).
Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.
4. The Defendant, at around 07:23, on February 8, 2013, posted the front number plate of the rocketing car, such as the foregoing paragraph 2, to the Incheon Bridge-dong, Jungnam-gu, Incheon.
